Seeking Handyman/woman for rental properties in Portland, OR

Grant Bernard
Posted

Hi BP community, I'm Grant. I live in Portland, OR and I own two single family homes in Portland, both which have ADUs. I've been listening to the BP podcast for years, but this is my first post on the forums. I self-manage my rentals (one house and both ADUs), and for the past few years, a friend of mine has done all the maintenance on my rentals. He recently took a full-time job, and I'm without a skilled handyman. I'm primarily looking for general upkeep/maintenance such as identifying why my porch lights no longer work (my current issue), fixing leaks, re-staining porches, fixing/replacing appliances, painting/patching, light landscaping/yard work, etc. Does anyone have a handyman/woman recommendation in the Portland area? Thanks in advance for any help/leads you can offer!
