South jersey rental- Browns Mills

Hello!

Im looking to buy my first rental property.  I am looking at a town in south jersey called Browns Mills. The prices seems affordable. Im not sure if there's a high demand for rentals.  I was wondering if there's any rental agent that works in that area to help me get answers.
