Hi all! I have a seller who really needs to get out from a PITI Payment of $1500 at 6%. Entry fee is only 6k to assume loan balance of $164,963.56. Wont pencil out as a longterm rental but will work as a mid/short term. 3 bed 3 bath roof and hvac under 10 years. Thanks!
