Hello, we are looking for a mortgage broker to help us secure debt for a mixed use commercial building in San Francisco. This is an existing building with three units, one unit is occupied while the others are vacant. The property is an excellent condition in a great location. We are raising the equity from our investors and are looking for around 5 million in financing. We have established the team and have all available pro forma's and financials available.
