Hello. I'm an experienced flipper looking to pick up 15+ properties around the Greenville SC areas for 2025. Looking to connect with anyone who may be a deal finder or have one to sell. I am an end buyer with cash (also can do creative solutions) and am looking for fix and flip opportunities in Greenville, Taylors, Greer, Travelers Rest, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Easley and Liberty in SC.

Buy box:

1000-2500 sqft SFH, Duplex, Triplex or Quads. 2+ baths (or enough room to add one), 2+ bedrooms, ARV 250-500K. Please don't send deals out of the buy box. I always put an offer in.
