I agree. My advanced degree never made me rich. But real estate has. 

 What's your Degree in? I have a human resources Degree, as you can imagine by my topless blue profile picture, I do not work in human resources.

The photo is distinctive to be sure. I was involved in law. But, I never admit to it. ;-)

not licensed at this point, that was a long time ago. I saw the light. Point is, going to college is not what it used to be.

 Very true. Oddly enough, when younger kids coming out of High School ask my opinion on College, I tell them it only makes sense if you've got Major that has a direct line to a high income job / skillset. The examples I give them are Engineer, Dr, Nurse & Lawyer. Too many Baristas with useless Phycology Degrees out there.
