My name is Jermaine, and I serve as the Division President for Integrated Facility Services and Home services at ConServe. I have worked professionally in logistics, Project Management, and contracting within the government, with a strong foundation built through years of service in the government and military environments. We managing and maintain physical assets such as warehouses and residential homes to streamline ops, improve efficiency and reduce cost for clients. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on navigating complex operational challenges, fostering innovation, and delivering results in high-pressure settings. These experiences have shaped my approach to leadership and my commitment to driving efficiency and excellence in all aspects of construction.
