Best Practice share: Filling Vacant Units

We recently have 10 vacancies in a 20-plex that we want to fill with long-term tenants in the next 30-60 days.    We use Buildium PM software but that just seems like such a reactive approach.

Anyone have some great Pro-Active strategies they've used to fill vacancies??

@Kyle Reedstrom assuming you are referring to Buildium syndication for rental ads?

If so, you should KNOW which websites your properties are being sent to.

Then, try to find other websites in your area that have traffic.

Many landlords use Facebook Marketplace, but a lot of time is wasted with leads from their.
