Looking for a Investor Mentor for Flipping & Building A Strong Rental Portfolio

Hello!

I'm looking for an investor mentor who's well established in flipping properties and has at least 10 properties in their rental portfolio. I would like to gain more experience flipping and build up our rental portfolio to at least 10 properties as a huge part of our retire plan. We purchased our 1st duplex 1 1/2 years ago out of state and have our primary home in California. I've previously flipped 1 SFR some years ago, and have owned a couple of SFRs, all out of state. I would like to successfully complete some flips and use the profits to buy more rentals to hold. I am open to creative real estate and learning as much as I can to get to financial independence.
