Looking for a mentor

Hello BiggerPockets Community,

I hope you're all doing well. I haven’t been very active on this account recently due to my job and other life commitments, but I’m reaching out now because I’m eager to take my real estate journey to the next level.

I’ve spent a significant amount of time reading books and studying the concepts surrounding real estate investments, particularly in the multifamily sector. However, I’m realizing that reading alone isn’t enough to make progress. I feel that without hands-on exposure and guidance through the actual process, the knowledge I’ve gained is just theoretical.

With that said, I’m looking for a mentor and coach who has substantial experience and success in investing in apartment complexes—regardless of size. Ideally, someone who has practical, real-world insight into the multifamily space. I’m based in the San Diego area, but if you're not local, I’d be happy to arrange a call or email communication to get started.

I’m ready to stop just reading about real estate and start taking actionable steps, and I believe finding a mentor with the right experience is key to making that transition.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance.
