• Price Range: 250,000-350,000 (65 % LTV), prefer seller finance
• Investment Strategies: Purchase below market value, complete rehab, rent long term and refinance eventually.
• Priorities: Size 2-4 units
• Potential Net Cashflow: $200/month/unit
