Looking to make contractor connections in Washington

I am a home inspector, looking to start investing as well as providing boots on the ground services for investors and contractors to do walkthrough and gather information. I am hoping to make some connections with contractors to develop a database of costs and needs for photos and numbers to be able to provide quotes without having to travel to the project.
