Freddie Mac Multifamily Small Balance Loan Program

I'm looking for a trusted resource on the Freddie Mac small balance loan program. Wondering if this would be a good option for existing properties that I have (88 total units spread over two LLC's in a small town in Montana). I'm intrigued by some of the highlights of this program (non-recourse, 30 yr fixed, etc.), but at this point I don't have a trusted advisor to help me figure out if this is viable.
