Does anyone have a suggestion on a lender that will do a HELOC on an investment property in Maryland? The property is used as a STR, cash flows, and is free and clear.

    If the property is free & clear, your best bet is to find the use for the capital and just do a cashout refinance,

    HELOC's on investment are tricky, expensive and sincerely a headache.
