New agent/investor looking for real estate investment mentor in WA / Seattle

Hi Everyone,

I've been working as software engineer but last week passed a real estate broker license.

I'm looking for mentor to learn real estate investment (fix/flip etc) and partner to do it together.

As a tuition fee, I can bring  no commissions for numbers of transactions, and capital to invest together as well.

I saw many experienced mentor from instagram but it was costly, even though I'm sure it's worth it. 

I was like why not finding my mentor by myself and bring value on the table as well.
