Real Estate Acquisition Specialist Needed – Central Florida, Commission Only
Job Posting: Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (Commission-Only)
Location: Central Florida (Within a 25-Mile Radius of Downtown Orlando)
Start Date: March 2025 (Interviews and vetting now ongoing)
Compensation: Commission-based (10%–15% of the net assignment fee per deal, depending on experience and performance)

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in nurturing and converting pre-qualified leads into closed deals.
Role OverviewAs an Acquisition Specialist, you’ll receive pre-qualified leads and be responsible for building relationships with property owners, negotiating favorable deals, and ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to signed agreement. This is a commission-only position ideal for those with prior sales or real estate experience and a passion for creating solutions in the property market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Nurturing: Engage with pre-qualified leads to build rapport, understand seller motivations, and develop trust.
- Negotiation: Utilize strong sales and negotiation techniques to structure win-win deals.
- Property Analysis: Evaluate the condition, value, and potential of properties using provided tools and resources.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about Central Florida’s real estate trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progress within our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work with the Dispositions Team to ensure deals transition smoothly to closing.
