Best CRM For Deal Tracking?

What are people using for their CRM tracking to stay on top their deals.  I have found that FlipSystem offers a free deal calculator that does an incredible job at showing the deal breakdown and exit strategy numbers.  I am looking for a system (or plan to create) with checklists to go through the deal process.  This is to be very detailed so anybody could tell you the next step no matter what the project is.
