Introduction - Looking for mentor for Wholesaling, Flipping, and Rentals

My name is Tyler Krenning and I have just begun researching into the exciting world of Real Estate investing. I'm looking for someone in the San Diego Country area (I live in Vista) to act as a mentor. I have a full-time job currently, but I would be willing to commit evenings and weekends to shadowing someone with experience in the Wholesaling, Flipping, or Rental markets. I am highly enthusiastic to learn as much as I can about Real Estate investing and look forward to developing relationships with like-minded professionals!
