I live and invest in Alabama, and I am looking for a serious partner that what's to invest in this area and make a great return on their money (10%-15%). I am experienced in finding, buying and rehabbing distressed properties. I am a licensed GC, I have contacts in the area, and I want to grow my portfolio for cash flow and appreciation.
