Looking for wholesale contacts

Hello, I’m looking for some contacts who can include me on any mailing lists for wholesalers. We have several LTR however want to try and expand our portfolio to include renovating/ resale, we specifically are looking only in the Tucson area, looking for off market deals and are cash buyers. Iv heard wholesale groups may be available on Facebook however I don’t use social media. Any help would be appreciated
