Looking for a quality list of proven fix & flip/rent contractors

Hello BiggerPockets Community,

I'm relatively new to the Greater Atlanta Single-Family Rental (SFR) market and currently have one asset purchased. I'm actively looking to expand my portfolio and am seeking experienced General Contractors (GCs) with their own crews who are familiar with the complexities of flipping homes in the Greater Atlanta area.

The right GC should:

• Have experience in full home renovations (preferably for flipping)
• Be able to handle all aspects of the project from demolition to final finishes
• Have strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting requirements in the Atlanta area
• Be reliable, with a proven track record of staying on schedule and within budget
