Serious investor looking for Investor friendly Realtor
Hello all,
I am a Realtor out in Canada, investing and working here since 2009. I am looking to jump into the real estate market in U.S, TX. San Antonio. After lots of research, I believe this investor friendly state is the next buy zone area for me. I am looking to do BRRRR's and build a portfolio (sky's the limited) in San Antonio. I will need a Realtor that will be there from the start of the project all the way to the end of the project, the refinancing stage and move on to the fresh deal. I am looking for quality over quantity, I also want to maximum the cash flow so that the portfolio is sustainable. Is it a single family, double, triple? Is it a distressed property, wholesale deal? these are things i need help with. If you are in this city and have a good grasp of the market here and have extensive knowledge and experience, please reach out to me so we can talk strategies.
