Looking for quality & reliable GC in Buffalo area

Hello,

I currently own 2 rental properties in south buffalo with plans to scale to 5 over the next 2 years. I recently had a renovation job of tearing down and putting up a new 2 story porch. The GC unfortunately did a poor job (for example, not installing new hand railings on the bottom steps, leaving some metal sticking out as a safety hazard, and knocking off a piece of the siding). Based on this experience I would not work with them again since they did not take accountability for it. I am looking for a reliable and fair GC to work with together over the long term. I treat my tenants very well and pay my contractors on time. Any info on a solid, reliable and quality GC would be much appreciated!! I currently have a great electrician I work with who can vouch for me as well.
