I am a 22 year old, who is looking to become one of the best real estate investors. I know that there are a lot of resources to use but I am really here looking for advice from experienced real estate investors who are driven by results and want to win. Currently I am looking at foreclosed homes that I can live in and rent in but property hunting is a world that I have no experience with, are there any government programs that I would benefit from?
