In Search of Mentor

Hello! I am new to the BiggerPockets community and I can’t wait to start my real estate journey. I am located in Reading and I have some equity built up in my home. I am in search of a mentor, preferably specializing in the Brrrr method, to help me secure a Heloc and also teach me how to deploy those funds properly.
