Seeking contractor for cosmetic updates to MF home

I'm an out of state investor who just acquired a quadplex in Eastpointe. Seeking a contractor to perform cosmetic work on my current property as well as to work with on future flips/BRRRs in the area. Strong preference for working with contractors with out of state clients, who I would like to reach out to as references. The addition to my team will be analytical, strategic and make a good addition to a team that is looking to grow aggressively into the Detroit/Eastpointe markets.
