HELOC recommendedations high dti
I'm looking for a heloc that will accept my STR income eventhough I don't have 2 years of tax returns to show. I just got it going this year, I used a 5/6 ARM which is destroying my DTI. Sucks because the str covers my entire mortgage payment but ive tried 2 different crwsit unions that wont count the income.. My primary residence is owned free and clear and I really want to tap into the equity.
