• 2 Economics Major focused on financial modeling and portfolio strategy.

• 2 Data Science Major experienced in analyzing property data and market trends.

We’re currently offering free audits to:

• Small single-family investors looking to maximize cash flow or find new opportunities.

• Owners of 3–6 multifamily properties seeking insights on optimization, market trends, or scaling their portfolio.
