Seeking One Single-Family & One Multi-Family Fix-and-Flip Opportunity in MetroDetroit

Hello BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Sa’Mara Roberts, and I’ve completed some fix-and-flip projects. I’m now looking for the opportunity to be fully involved in the entire renovation process from start to finish. I’m offering free hands-on help with one single-family and one multi-family fix-and-flip project in the Metro Detroit area, starting immediately after (or even before) the closing and continuing until completion.

What I’m Offering:

• Full involvement from start to finish: I can assist with everything from pre-closing inspections and preparing the property, to hands-on renovation work and final touches.

• Free help with all renovation tasks: This includes managing contractors, overseeing timelines, cleanup, painting, staging, light repairs, and anything else that needs attention during the project.

• No compensation requested: I’m focused on expanding my skills and knowledge in fix-and-flips, so I’m not seeking pay for my time or labor.

• One single-family and one multi-family project: I’m looking to get involved in one single-family project and one multi-family project in the area.

What I Can Contribute:

• Managing all aspects of the renovation (contractor oversight, timeline management).

• Hands-on work with demolition, cleanup, staging, painting, and light repairs.

• Assisting with project budgeting, material selection, and keeping the project on track.

• Full involvement, starting immediately after closing (or even before closing) until the project is complete

If you’re working on a single-family or multi-family fix-and-flip project and need an extra hand, I’d love to help you out. I’m looking for one project of each type to contribute to for free, ensuring the entire process runs smoothly from the closing date through to the final sale.
