Looking For a builder in Atlanta GA

Tucker Kimbrough
Posted

I’m currently taking the lead on a new construction project in the Atlanta area and looking to build strong relationships with experienced architects and builders. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, and I’m aiming for a thoughtful design that maximizes space while staying cost-efficient.

Here’s the project scope:

  • 4-bed, 3-bath single-family residence

  • 1,600 sq. ft. with a rear-entry garage via the alley and a front porch.
  • Budget: $140–$170 per square foot for construction.
  • Timeline: Construction to start early next year, with a goal to finish within 9 months.

I’ve already secured the lot and financing but need recommendations for professionals who:

  1. Have local expertise in Atlanta’s market and zoning regulations.
  2. Can handle cost-effective yet high-quality builds.
  3. Prioritize clear communication and timely delivery.

If you’ve worked with any architects or builders in Atlanta who fit the bill, I’d greatly appreciate your input! Also, any advice on navigating the permitting process or tips for managing build timelines would be helpful.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and recommendations. Let’s connect if you’re also working on similar projects in the area—I’d love to collaborate or share resources.
