My name is Harrison Gardiner, and I’m a licensed broker who recently relocated from Alaska to Florida. I’ve also been a long-time listener of the podcast!

Before moving to Alaska, I worked as an Area Manager overseeing five assets in North Carolina, totaling approximately 2,000 units. I’m currently seeking opportunities in asset management, focusing on multifamily or student housing commercial properties, either nationally or locally.
