Now, we’re gearing up to scale and evolve, with goals to expand our current operations as well as growing into other diverse real estate strategies.

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager/Assistant to help us take our business to the next level. If you’re skilled in operations, marketing, and technology, and have a solid background in real estate and lead generation, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2+ years in business operations, real estate, and marketing (lead generation expertise is a plus).
• Skills: Strong background in business systems, tech-savvy (AI and emerging tools are a bonus), marketing, and team-driven operations.
• Mindset: A growth-focused individual eager to scale a small but dynamic company.
• Culture Fit: Someone who thrives in a family-owned, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to be a key player in our growth journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and growth.
• Develop and implement systems and processes to streamline and scale our business.
• Drive marketing efforts, including lead generation, branding, and market outreach.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to build, expand, and scale our business and real estate ventures into new opportunities and strategies.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our growing firm.
