What do you know about investing in Indianapolis & Surrounding Areas
I'm an OOS investor looking to deploy my capital in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. I'm looking for properties that I can combine STR/MTR but they also must cashflow (at least a little) at a LTR. Also looking at LTR for surrounding areas specifically.
Looking for any and all insight from anyone who has experience in this market. Thank you for your time!

Look up Michael Drew of Real Estate Done 4 U. He is an Indianapolis guy who works with a lot of OOS investors. There are also a lot of Indy investors on here who can help point you in the right spots. I think for Indy, MTR would be more profitable and less hassle. A lot of the team from DealMachine live and work in Indy also.
