Looking for help with STR data analysis

Hello! My name is Bukola and I joined this group last year as a new investor and unfortunately, I have been stuck in the Analysis Paralysis phase for way too long. I have some money saved for my first investment: I am passionate about vacation rentals in Alberta, Canada and I want to launch out on my 1st property before the year's ending. Trouble is, any property I analyze with the rental calculators on this platform puts me in a negative cash flow situation. I think I am doing something wrong- or is the market that bad? I will appreciate anybody willing to help put me through analyzing 1-2 potential properties I am considering. Thanks for your time.
