out of state investor looking for contractors for our rehab team

Hi there, we are out of state investors and just purchased our first SFH in Kansas City. We are looking to start rehabbing homes for the BRRR method and are looking for both general and sub contractors to add to our team. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated as well as leads for property management and handyman services. Thank you in advance.

Hey Jordan, its a long story how we ended up in Kansas City. Overall, there are several large employers there across different markets to help stabilize the economy. The appreciation of the market can vary based off of where you are. There are opportunities to purchase low cost high cash flow SFH or less cash flow for more appreciation at reasonable prices. There has been a lot of interest there with the BRRR and fix and flip which has Brough revitalization to neighborhoods giving a positive outlook. The multi family opportunities are there and to be honest we haven't fully investigated that area yet. These are all things that for us living in CA are not really there or extremely hard for beginning investors like us to get in to. sorry the response took so long.
