An Agricultural Engineer seeking to invest in commercial rental properties

I am happy to join from Zimbabwe. I am looking to invest in commercial rental properties in Jan 2026 and I am hear to learn everything from financing,team building,deal searching and closing,management etc...I have been reading books so this is my last learning part(learning  from doers) before taking the plunge. What a family!
