Looking for an investor interested in partnering on a business

Owner of a real estate consulting company with an attached alternative business that ultimately could pull in three streams of income, looking for a partner/investor to help with funding for 15% of the company. This is an aged business that has mainly been advertised via text, cold calling and email. Investor coming in will be used for, but not limited to, funding purposes.
