Lawyer for closing on duplex

I’m closing on my first house. A house hack duplex.

In addition to the duplex there is a garage workshop area that could be livable.

There’s some things about the title and use of the garage conversion I’d like to review with a lawyer about.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a transaction lawyer in the Pierce County area?
