Tax guidance: LLC yes or no

my husband and I are going to be growing a portfolio of rentals (SFH and MF) in Ohio and would like to talk with and engage a COA for guidance on:

- Create an LLC (yes or no) for one initial property (SFH used as a rental in Columbus)

- LLC tax implications
