KC metro areas to invest

Good Morning All, 

Need some suggestions here. I am currently looking to invest in a multifamily either duplex or fourplex and need to know any areas that are good for investment. I am okay with either Kansas or missouri side, just within the KC metro area. Any  couple of suggestions will be helpful.
