Looking for a Private Lender to Purchase a home from Auction.com

Hi all, 

I am in a bit of a time crunch. I won a property on auction.com using the first look program. I do intend to live in the property once it is renovated and refinanced but all my usual lenders won't do the deal because the contract says owner occupied as the purpose even though it also lists my LLC.

I am looking for a private lender to help with the acquisition. I have the funds for the renovation as the home does not need much work and will likely be refinancing in 6 months to a conventional loan. 

Any information is helpful. This is in the state of NY.
