Calling Out A Few Serious Investors For A Great Deal

My name is Deronn and I purchased 120 acres of land 37 minutes away from the Grand Canyon, 1:10 minutes from the Hoover Dam, 1:30 hr away from Las Vegas, 20 minutes away from Lake Mead. I am looking to partner with some investors with great ideas to build vacation rentals on the property. I will put pictures up so that you can see what it looks like. This is raw land with no utilities on the property. It does have a 1000 gallon septic on it but the potential of the property is great. They are approximately 5 million people who visit the Grand Canyon every year so you can imagine the amount of people we can attract to our vacation rentals. The property will definitely need a well and a bigger septic for all the potential units that will be place on there.
