Calling Out A Few Serious Investors For A Great Deal

My name is Deronn and I purchased 120 acres of land 37 minutes away from the Grand Canyon, 1:10 minutes from the Hoover Dam, 1:30 hr away from Las Vegas, 20 minutes away from Lake Mead. I am looking to partner with some investors with great ideas to build vacation rentals on the property. I will put pictures up so that you can see what it looks like. This is raw land with no utilities on the property. It does have a 1000 gallon septic on it but the potential of the property is great. They are approximately 5 million people who visit the Grand Canyon every year so you can imagine the amount of people we can attract to our vacation rentals. The property will definitely need a well and a bigger septic for all the potential units that will be place on there. If any serious investors is interested in speaking to me more about this then please reach out to me. I have a few ideas of my own but I am open minded to hearing other great ideas.
