Trying to Rent Properties, Looking for Feedback on Rental Listings

Hey guys, I'm new to flipping properties and because I'm all about moving fast, I decided to do 3 at once. Now I'm trying to get them rented and I'm not getting much traction. Wanted to check if you guys have any feedback for me on these listings, anything I should or could do to get them rented more quickly. The one I'm most concerned about is Riad St, I feel like it's a dumpy little property, but it's imperative I rent it for the price I have it listed for, otherwise I would likely lose an additional 10k on the resale to the turnkey buyer.
