I'm a private money broker in the Tampa Bay Area. We work with several real estate investors and builders who need hard money loans. The majority of our deals are residential, but we also consider small balance commercial deals.

Right now, I'm looking for new individuals that would like to make hard money loans to our clients. 

Here are the terms we normally offer

12% Interest Only Payments

Max LTV 60%

12–24-month term

6-month PPP

Minimum Loan Amount $100,000
