Hello, need an accountant in the Attleboro mass area (my w2 is out of RI but businesses in MA) who actually understands real estate investing, flipping, rentals, wholesale, creative finance, cost seg, payroll, buying businesses, and tax strategy. Also a plus if they are experienced in non-profits as well, have reached out to so many and cant find one who actually works with other investors and understands the niches and tax codes involved with all forms of investing in RE.
