Hello, need an accountant in the Attleboro mass area (my w2 is out of RI but businesses in MA) who actually understands real estate investing, flipping, rentals, wholesale, creative finance, cost seg, payroll, buying businesses, and tax strategy. Also a plus if they are experienced in non-profits as well, have reached out to so many and cant find one who actually works with other investors and understands the niches and tax codes involved with all forms of investing in RE.  Whats the point of the forum then? I thought it was to make connections and build new relationships,  that doesn't make any sense to me at all but OK I apologize for asking to break the rules of bigger pockets im just looking for help
