I'm currently looking for a mentor in the real estate industry who I can turn to for guidance and advice. While I have experience in the business as both an investor and a real estate agent, I firmly believe there's always more to learn and room to grow.

Welcome to BP. You have the passion to learn, which is great, but it would be hard for a mentor to hop on and say yes since you are new to the site and no one knows much about you yet. Have you gone to local real estate investing meetups in Ann Arbor? Those are great places to network and over time, find mentors. You also want to figure out how you can add value back to the mentor. Most mentors don't need money, but they could use a special set of skills that you might have.
