Looking for Investment Guidance in Cleveland!

Posted

Hey everyone!

My husband and I recently moved to Hudson, just south of Cleveland. We are looking to invest in A/B neighborhoods in the Cleveland area and would love some recommendations on which areas to focus on.

Additionally, we're on the lookout for realtors who are highly knowledgeable about the local market, preferably those who have lived in the area and also invest themselves. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to BP Pooja!

I've seen a lot of investors have success in A/B neighborhoods like Ohio City, Tremont, Brooklyn, and the part of Hough that borders Little Italy.

Cleveland is an interesting city where you could be in an A location, go 5 blocks down the street and end up in an F or D area. Because of this, it's very important to gain an understanding of the city.

I'd be glad to share a graded map of the area!
