Any Investors Looking For Off Market Deals in North DFW?

Hey everyone! I work for an investment brokerage where we get around 20-30 off market deals every month in the North DFW area. To be more specific, I get a lot of properties in Denton county and Grayson county. I am looking for cash/hard money investors who are interested in growing their portfolio.
