Single Family Flip. Just purchased for $110,000. Construction Budget of $123,000. ARV: $305,000
Was able to obtain 100% acquisition and 100% construction financing at 11.5% interest. Should be complete with construction in 45 days.

Property brought to me off of Facebook. Obtained 100% acquisition and construction financing.

Facebook Lead. Made offer and closed within 14 days .

How did you finance this deal?

Hard Money. 100% Acquisition and 100% Construction Financing. 11.5% interest.

How did you add value to the deal?

$123,000 Construction Budget. Floors, paint, electrical upgrade, plumbing upgrade, new kitchen, renovate 1.5 bathrooms, paint exterior of house
