Pittsburgh Area Contractors For A Flip

Hey Everyone.

I'm looking for a contractor in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Any referrals that you all have used or any int he group, please send me a message. 

Thank you so much. I have a property that I'm looking to get under contract and need a walk through done to determine the scope of work and bids for the rehab.

Thanks in advance. Also, if there is anyone to STAY AWAY from that you all have used in the area, please let me know.
